Again in 2008 I like to share my views
with you on getting
beautiful skin. In my practice for skin rejuvenation in Amsterdam,
Holland, I have lots of women and men, who are following my
method to rejuvenate and improve the skin. They asked me to
put my tips on paper and that's what I did. Throughout my own
life I have been very busy and didn't have much time to work
on my skin, however I did my facial exercises in the car or
in spare moments. I have always done the few very effective
massages in the time I had to put on my day and/or night cream.
ALLWAYS MASSAGE IN UPWARD STROKES TO COMBAT GRAVITY!
I explain
how you can achieve radiant skin too with a minimum of cost
involved and just a little effort per day. A skin is alive and
your cells will do the fantastic work for you, if you are good
to them. Give your cells the right vitamins, minerals, amino
acids and protein, carbohydrates and fats. Be aware of what
you eat. The right food can give you beauty within and outside.
If you start soon, your skin will look wonderful after three
weeks. On the before and after pictures you can see some of
the girls who did the program: Lenie, Petra, Marian, Jeanet
and Ingrid. The girls did this program in January 2007 and they
are still happy with the results.
GOOD
FATS
Someone who eats good fats will have soft, smoother skin! Girls,
women - and men too - who diet frequently are scared to eat
fats. They pay for it when they grow older and deep wrinkles
form. Everyone’s body needs fats, but the good ones. They enable
the cell walls to eliminate wastes and absorb nutrients. Brain
and nerve cells need fat to improve inter-cell communication.
In that way we can concentrate better and feel good. And if
we feel good I skin will show. On page 62 you will find the
list with fats which are good and which are bad. It’s as well
to realise that good fats are digested fast, whereas bad fats
are often the ones that make us fat.
ACIDITY
IN THE SKIN
In order to get nice and radiant skin it is very important to
get rid of the acidity in the tissues. Your body needs alkalis
in order to neutralise the acids that enter our body. We are
often unaware of how many acids our body has to process. They
come from meat, soft drinks, cigarette smoke, environmental
pollution, as well as from stress and irritation. If we fail
to get sufficient alkalis to neutralise the acids, those acids
use the minerals in our body (found in connective tissue, teeth,
bones and scalp) to neutralise with. If you want to keep attractive
skin it is very important to eat alkaline food. MOST ALKALIS
ARE FOUND IN FRUIT AND VEGETABLES. In the book you will find
more alkaline/base forming foods for healthy, youthful skin.
